Pertama ,Pemeriksaan oli mesin :
Panaskan terlebih dahulu mesin beberapa saat
Kemudian cek Viskositas oli
Warna oli
Volume harus berada di garis full atau diantara full
dan low
Untuk pemeriksaan oli,standar penggantian tergantung pada kilometer dan tahun service
Kedua,Pemeriksaan sistem pendingin dan tali kipas
Memeriksa kualitas air radiator dari kotoran atau
kerak

Memeriksa pembukaan tutup radiator mengunakan Radiator
cap dengan melihat standardnya di buku manual
reparasi

Memeriksa kebocoran saluran sistem pendingin dengan
radiator cap
|
Memeriksa sirkulasi air radiator dilakukan pada waktu mesin masih hidup
|
Memeriksa ketebalan dan ketegangan tali kipas
|
Ketiga,Pemeriksaan baterai :
|
Memeriksa body baterai secara keseluruhan
|
Memeriksa level elektrolit baterai standard diantara
full dan low
|
Membersihkan terminal baterai dengan sikat baja
|
Membersihkan tutup sel baterai dengan air gun
|
Mengukur berat jenis elektrolit baterai dengan hidro
meter
|
Mengukur tegangan baterai (pada unit mobil) dengan mikrometer
standar 12 volt
|
Melepas dan memeriksa saringan udara bila terlalu
kotor ganti dengan yang baru
|
Membersihkan saringan udara secara bertahap dari
dalam dari luar dan dari dalam lagi
|
Memeriksa kerja pompa bahan bakar dengan menghidupakan mesin beberapa saat
|
Memeriksa kerja MIL/Check Engine Lamp bila lampu mil
mati tahapan selanjutnya
|
Membaca Electrical Wiring Diagram untuk perbaikan
Fuse dan relay dicek sampai selesai dan bila putus
atau rusak ganti dengan yang baru
Kemudian hidupkan mesin

Membaca kode Data Trouble Code (DTC) dan menentukan kerusakan dari pembacaan (DTC) menggunakan scan tools
Memperbaiki kerusakan (DTC) pada rangkaian sensor yang terbaca pada scan tools
Menggunakan scan tools membaca data steam menyesuaikan dengan standard pada buku manual
Membaca (MAP/MAF) sensor (saat pedal gas netral)
Membaca (MAP/MAF) sensor (saat pedal gas diinjak)
Membaca Throttle Position Sensor (TPS)
Membaca Intake Air Temperatur (IAT) Sensor
Membaca Engine Speed/putaran mesin
Membaca Ignition Timing /IGN Advance

Preheat the machine for a while
Then check the oil viscosity
Oil color
Volume must be in full line or between full and low
For oil checks, the replacement standard depends on the kilometer and year of service
2.Second, checking the cooling system and fan strap
Check radiator water quality from dirt or crust
Check the radiator cap opening using a Radiator cap by looking at the standards in the repair manual
Check the leakage of the cooling system channel with a cap radiator
Checking radiator water circulation is done when the engine is still on
Check the thickness and tension of the fan strap
3,Third, battery checking:
Check the overall battery body
Check the standard battery electrolyte level between full and low
Clean the battery terminal with a steel brush
Clean the battery cell cap with the water gun
Measuring the specific gravity of a battery electrolyte with hydro meters
Measure the battery voltage (in the car unit) with a standard 12 volt micrometer
4.Fourth, Examination of the fuel system
Remove and inspect the air filter if it is too dirty to replace it with a new one
Clean the air filter gradually from inside from outside and from inside again
Check the work of the fuel pump by running the engine for a while
Check the work of MIL / Check Engine Lamp when the mile light is off the next stage
Read the Electrical Wiring Diagram for repairs
Fuse and relay are checked until complete and if broken or damaged replace with a new one
Then turn on the engine
5.Fifth, do an inspection and check when the machine is on
Read the Code Trouble Code (DTC) and determine damage from readings (DTC) using scan tools
Repair damage (DTC) in the sensor circuit that is read on scan tools
Using scan tools reading data steam adapts to the standards in the manual
Reading (MAP / MAF) sensor (when the gas pedal is neutral)
Reading (MAP / MAF) sensor (when the gas pedal is stepped on)
Read Throttle Position Sensor (TPS)
Reading the Temperature Water Intake (IAT) Sensor
Read Engine Speed / engine speed
Read Ignition Timing / IGN Advance
Finally,Condition the engine and measure exhaust gas
Conclude the condition of the car that has been tune up EFI
